I had a client who had to be in great shape for a show who was confined to her trailer near the set and there was nowhere to workout. I had to rearrange her trailer and make a mini-workout area with a BIG poster of her in a sexy outfit that she loved so that every time she walked into the trailer she had a visual picture of her goal. Instead of munching on high-calorie crunchy snacks, we asked the catering company to provide healthier low glycemic options instead. Target Ab Training To Flatten Your Lower Belly

Step 1

Start lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Try to relax as much as possible. There should be a small space under your lower back from the natural curve in the spine.

Step 2

Activate your lower abdominals to flatten your lower back until the space decreases and you feel pressure against the floor.

Step 3

Some pelvic rotation will occur for the back to flatten completely, but make sure to use your abdominal muscles to create the motion. Your legs should stay as relaxed as possible and not be used to create pelvic rotation.

Start by holding this contraction for 4 seconds, then slowly crunch for the count of 2 then return to the floor. And repeat.

Cycle into Your regular Routine

Do 2-3 sets at the beginning of your ab series and end your ab training workout with 2 sets of ten reps to hollow your abs and get them adapted to a new flat feeling and appearance.
