Tip #1 – Keep Your Liver Clean 25/7

Many toxins that we consume or are exposed to will not dissolve in water. These toxins, called lipid-soluble, will only dissolve in oil or oily solutions. Fatty tissue or tissues that have lipid-soluble membranes, like the liver, can store lipid-soluble toxins for months or years. One of the liver’s jobs is to convert these toxins from lipid-soluble to water-soluble. Once they are water-soluble or can be dissolved by water, they can be flushed from the body, and released by the kidneys or bowels. This change takes place in the liver through a complex system of enzymes. Try this lower body toning exercise out and I’m sure you will be very happy with the results. A good beginner routine is 3-4 sets. Start by walking about 10 yards starting out. Make sure to go very slow and control the entire range of the movement so you can properly perform the exercise and place maximum overload on the muscles. Do two to three sets every other day along with 30-45 minutes of fat-burning cardio. Warm up and stretch before and stretch your thighs after to prevent soreness and promote length to the muscle so it doesn’t get short and squatty. There you have it. Short and sweet. You can get in shape the right way. You have to keep your body in good form and be mentally into your workout. You can do this. It’s simple, but not easy.
