As many of you know, I’m a professional celebrity trainer, endorsed by many fitness brands like Nike, LA Gear, Adidas, and more, creator of over 24 fitness videos, best-selling books, speaker and founder of one of the top beauty brands, but I wasn’t always fit and healthy. Before I lost over 6o pounds, I was addicted to sugar like many of you are right now. I use to buy a two-pound bag of M&M’s (with peanuts of course) and go to the movies. I would eat the ENTIRE bag before the movie was over. I would take my sweater, lay it across my lap, and pour them into the sweater. I loved the red ones…I have no clue why. But, I would eat all the red ones first, then the yellow ones, and then the green ones. Like a human vacuum, I would inhale them one by one. I was a real sugar addict. I was not only a sugar addict, but I had overweight and had horrible acne. A health scare changed my life forever and that’s when I realized I had to do something about it and fast! Just like Jennifer, I put myself on detox and did 3 crazy things to beat the sugar craze, to lose weight, and to live the best life ever.

I Feed My Body

Since our bodies are human organisms that need nutrients, I started to eat healthy by adding more protein, and lots of green leafy veggies, I dumped all the white carbs and added low-glycemic fruits instead of eating candy and sugar desserts.

I Made Fitness Fun

Because of my love for dance, I put all my energy into incorporating dance into my workouts. It helped me shed the weight, gave me a lean, thinner, dancer’s body, and was the inspiration for creating fitness videos to help others. I Put Sugar On My Body Not In My Body
