I am on my way to losing 50 pounds but I have reached a plateau. It seems that no matter what I do, the scale will not move. In 2 more weeks, I’ll be traveling with my family for Spring Break and there are a few outfits I want to wear with confidence. What do you think I need to do to step up the weight loss? I eat healthily, lots of fruits and vegetables. I eat healthy grains like quinoa and brown rice. Also, lately, I’ve been craving sugar!! I do cardio 4 times a week. Do you think I need to add more cardio? Can you offer me some suggestions about how to burn stored body fat and raise your metabolism quickly?

First, congratulations on losing close to 50 pounds! That’s amazing and impressive! I totally hear you!  It can be tough trying to get to a goal weight loss especially when you’ve been successful up until now.
