Recently, I put on weight after having my first baby. I’ve never had a weight problem before because I’ve always been thin. I hate to admit this, but during my pregnancy, I craved junk food, especially ice cream! Now, that I’ve had my baby, I still crave junk food! When my co-workers order lunch out, I will find myself breaking my diet and ordering hoagies, burgers, fries, you name it. I’m trying to get back to healthy eating, but I’m having a hard time.
