I HATE THE WAY I LOOK!  I am so sick of stepping out of the shower and running past my bathroom mirror because I hate looking at my dimply saggy butt, loose jiggly arms, and wobbly, dimpled thighs. I am too young at heart for this. I have done a bunch of different diets and even paid trainers at a local gym who just talked about his problems for an hour on my dime! I got here in good shape and I have been using it barely over …
I am loving this. It got here in good shape and I have been using it barely over a week and am already seeing results. No joke. Superb Moisturizer
I am super sold on this cream. I was getting these weird wrinkly lines on my upper arms, neck face, and shoulders. I started using it and noticed a difference right away. One tip I highly encourage is dry brushing. It’s been around for a long time, but you don’t hear much about it. It is something women in the entertainment industry have been doing for years. There are a lot of benefits to dry brushing.

Celebrities are always all over the tabloids for when they lose weight AND when they gain it back! It’s horrible how they are treated in Hollywood and in the celebrity scene. But if you are eating ice cream, cookies, candy, and high-calorie high-fat carbs, you are going to see fat that is hard to lose. You want to have at least 3-4 meals daily so you have a higher metabolism. 

Water, Water, Water – Drink lots of water so you can flush the toxins and fat out of your body. Drinking lots of water will flush out the waste products your body makes from the foods you are eating and the chemicals used in our environment and food supply. It plumps up your skin and helps to feed your natural stem cells so your body is not replicating old, worn-out cells, but to is creating brand new vibrant skin cells that glow! if you hate the taste of water, add some fruit or detoxing veggies to a fruit-infuser water bottle. 

Cardio Exercises – Get moving! Get on a cycle, take a dance class, get on the step mill, treadmill, elliptical, whatever cardio machine or exercise you love. Long slow distance cardio is what really burns the fat.  I don’t care how popular HIIT workouts are. All HIIT does is burn out the glycogen in your liver, and that’s about all it does. It’s not hitting the fat stores! We have to push ourselves to burn the stored fat. Power walking is great instead of running and ruining your joints on the hard cement roads on the street. Do a workout that has you exercising in your fat burning heart-rate zone. Next, is abdominal training. No matter how many crunches and situps you do, you can’t change the SHAPE of your belly. That’s why waist training is so important.
