I love sharing my best workouts with my followers and this one I’ve been keeping under wraps for just a time like this! 2020 has been an adventure, to say the least, and some of you need to feel good about yourself again which is why I want to share my big butt firm thighs workout with you. You’ve come too far to let this year be a wipeout! We have to help each other get back on track, stay positive, and commit to winning! Keep reading to the end where I share my DIY body wrapping technique so you can prevent loose skin as you tighten, firm, smooth, and regenerate your skin.

Read the directions carefully. The alignment and breathing and technique is what will make all the difference because you don’t want to look like a linebacker from the Pittsburg Steelers! You want to have a beautiful dancer’s lower body with flexibility and grace, and reducing the appearance of donut holes, cottage cheese, and orange peel dimples on your butt and thighs.

Do this program 2-3 days per week. Never 2 days in a row. Rest a day or two and let your muscles recover. You can do yoga or light cardio on the other days.

Exercise #1 – DUMBELL SQUATS

5-10 Pound Dumbbells

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and grab a dumbbell in each hand and hang at your sides. Begin by sitting back and squatting as though you are going to sit down in a chair. Lower your weight with the emphasis in your thighs as you lower your body weight.

When you reach the maximum squat, tighten your buns and squeeze all the way back up to the count of four. Return to the start position and repeat. Be sure to keep your back firmly upright and straight throughout this exercise. Find a focal point one foot above your head before you start and focus your sight on the spot. Keep your eyes on the spot throughout the entire exercise. This is the perfect overall leg mass builder.

3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions 2- 3 Days Per Week

Exercise #2 – LUNGES

2. Stand up straight and hold a dumbbell in each hand, letting the dumbbells hang down at your sides. Lunge forward with the first leg. Land on heel then forefoot. Then lower body by flexing knee and hip of front leg until knee of rear leg is almost in contact with the floor. Return to an original standing position by forcibly extending the hip and knee of the forward leg. Repeat by alternating lunge with the opposite leg. Develop a good comfortable rhythm that is safe for your knees. Don’t do this move fast. Take your time and feel the energy in your thighs. This is a great thigh shaper.

3-4 sets of 8-12 repetitions per leg. 2- 3 Days Per Week

Exercise #3 – PLIE’ TOE SQUATS

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder length and your toes turned out. Squat down and stick your butt out while simultaneously rising up on your toes. This exercise is sure to shape your inner thighs and your glutes.

3-4 Sets of 15 to 20 repetitions each leg training session.

There are three exercises that can shape your legs and give them some size and sexiness. You also must make sure you are eating at least 1200 calories a day and you get a balanced diet of 55 percent carbohydrates, 25 percent protein, and 20 percent Unsaturated fat. Drink 2-4 quarts of water a day. Your muscle is over 70% water and will need it to repair and grow. Also do some fast cardio, 30 minutes on the treadmill with the incline up to 8! That will put some resistance on your hamstrings and buns! You want to do your cardio on the opposite days of your leg training. During your growth phase, keep your cardio down to 2-3 days a week.
