No One Will Be Able To Guess Your Age!
The popular website, Last Third, Best Third, recently interviewed Kamille Tirzah, a Medical Weight Loss Specialist, and a Skin Tight Naturals Skin Care Products fan about the best products for aging skin. Tirzah, who has worked with physicians and senior adults, provided answers to how to reverse the aging process through nutrition and natural skincare products. Here is how I answered a recent question from one of our VIP newsletter recipients.
Victoria,
I’m 60 years old and I’m going through an identity crisis. I know age is just a number, but since my birthday, I’ve been allowing society to dictate how I should look, feel, act, what my health should be, and so on. I’ve always looked 20 years younger than my age, but now I don’t. It seems it’s becoming more and more difficult to remain young-looking without plastic surgery or treatments like Botox and fillers. What do you suggest is the best skin care for aging skin? Also, how can I reverse the effects of the environment on how the skin ages and what do you recommend to reverse the aging process? – Helen
Hi, Helen! Thank you so much for emailing your question! I hear you sister! Between the commercials, billboards, and magazine ads, it seems they are the ones dictating how we should style our hair, the clothes we should wear, and more. It’s all an advertising and marketing scheme. It’s done so they can sell products to a particular age group and most of the advice given is made-up. You see, our minds can easily be programmed through advertisement and if year after year you are told how you are to feel, look, and behave, you will do exactly what is recommended no matter how much we think we are not influenced. The concept of anti-aging and being your person has been truly demonstrated in one of the clients I coached years ago.
Through my coaching, she lost over 100 pounds and was featured in People Magazine, interviewed by Robin Roberts of Good Morning America, and highlighted on Entertainment Tonight for this accomplishment. One of the products that help her to stay young-looking is Victoria’s Sculpting Face Cream With Plant Stem Cells. Here is why she likes it:

Kamille, at coachingwithkamille.com & Howtolose100pounds.com, currently works with some of the top physicians in South Florida as a Medical Weight Loss Specialist and nutritional Wellness Specialist. In the interview below, she gives tips on how to reverse your age. She is more than talk, she walks the walk and looks 20 years younger than her biological years. She is very picky about skincare products and she loves Victoria’s Sculpting Face Cream With Plant Stem Cells. She was recently interviewed by Last Third Best Third, a very popular lifestyle digital online magazine where she talks about the best products for aging skin.
Q: What are the main skin conditions that occur with age?
Kamille:
Due to the aging process, seniors encounter several problems—from dryness to sagging to wrinkles. The environment can cause problems like skin cancer and dark spots (or age spots). Because I work with doctors and with our wellness program, these are the things that I see and the complaints I hear from seniors:
- Dryness
- Loose, sagging skin
- Bruising
- Dark spots
- Thin skin
- Wrinkles and fine lines.
As a Medical Weight Loss and Nutrition Specialist, I work with many seniors who want to lose weight or improve their health. What bothers them the most, is how they look. They don’t want to have hanging skin, especially their arms. The skin problems most common are skin dryness, loose, sagging skin, dark spots on the face and arms, and thin skin. As we age, our skin gets thinner, especially very fair skin.
Q: Why does our skin change as we age?
Kamille: Well, there are several reasons, both internal and external:
- Hydration
- Diet
- Smoking
- Alcohol
- Sun worshiping
- Pollution
- Processed and GMO foods
People don’t realize the importance of drinking enough water. Water is just as vital to our health as food. Some think coffee, tea, and other beverages count as water but they don’t. Drinks outside of water often cause the opposite; they dehydrate the body. Smoking, eating out a lot, sun worshiping, and eating a lot of processed foods can cause fast skin wrinkling. Drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water, unless someone’s physician is directing them to do otherwise, is very good. Eating fruits and vegetables—with their valuable antioxidants—is also important. They help decrease the toxins’ ability to damage our skin. Sufficient protein is another major factor in skin appearance. Protein helps to keep our muscles firm, which then impacts the degree of sagging that our skin experiences. Your skin needs protein in order to produce two things: collagen and elastin. Those two elements help to firm, plump, and revitalize the skin. The way we live profoundly impacts the appearance of our skin.
Q: How can we reverse the damage and aging processes?
Kamille: As we age, degeneration is going on, but there are steps we can take to slow this down. The first step is to hydrate as mentioned before. Getting enough water internally can help the skin revitalize. A lot of seniors aren’t thirsty, perhaps due to reduced activity. And speaking of reduced activity, making movement a daily necessity will not only alleviate joint pain, but it will help you become more flexible, it helps to control weight and also will help to increase your energy level.
Victoria always reminds me that skincare products can’t do all the work. We have to do our part with hydration and diet, as well as limiting alcohol, smoking, and sun damage. Here in Florida where I live and where a lot of seniors come to retire, a lot of seniors are very social and go out a lot. They go out to dance, listen to music, eat out, and drink. The thing to watch is alcohol intake; alcohol can add nearly 10 years to a person’s appearance. Fun is rejuvenating, but excessive alcohol intake won’t help your skin. That being said, here is a list of my favorite Skin Tight Natual Products I highly recommend. I recommend these products because they really do work!

Q: Why do you like Victoria’s Sculpting Face Cream With Plant Stem Cells?
Kamille: I love all the products! However, this product gave me practically immediate results the first time I used it. After applying Victoria’s Lift Up, Night Serum, and Face And Neck Cream as part of my night skincare routine, (I use these products every night) I added the sculpting face cream with plant stem cells.
I also used a facial tool called a…When I woke the next morning I noticed something different about my face. It seemed to be plumper, more hydrated. After washing my face with Victoria’s Retinol Daily Cleanser, I applied the Vitamin C Serum, the Collagen Peptide Regeneration Serum and applied to my face Tighten Up (which I mix with my foundation which gives me a nice dewy glow). The only difference to the routine was the application of the Sculpting Face Cream the night before. When I arrived at the medical office, someone immediately complimented me on my skin. They said, “Wow, Kamille, you look different today! What did you do?” I was a little embarrassed because it made me question what I looked like before! LOL! That’s when I realized it was the Sculpting Face Cream With Plant Stem Cells that made the ultimate difference.
Q: Who is your anti-aging role-model?
Kamille: I could name a few current stars, like JLo, Beyonce, Christy Brinkley, but the one I really actually LOVE is Ms. Dolly Parton! She may be over-the-top to many, but to me, I Iove how she works hard at looking her best. Her best is not my best, but I respect that she cares about the outside AND the inside. She loves makeup, skincare, skincare treatments, and anything feminine. She admits to having surgery, but she strives to not overdo it and she looks natural and young. She says she struggles with diet, but it is her activity level that allows her to have several cheat meals a week. She gives to many charities and she has never compromised her integrity to get to the top. I’m not a devoted fan of country music, but when she sings, it’s like listening to an angel. I think she looks darn good for 73 years old!
