My first sexy sleek shoulder exercise is the front arm raise. Stand up and hold dumbbells in front of your thighs palms facing backward. (A) Raise the dumbbells until shoulder height.  (B) lower it back down slowly. Repeat 8-10 times.

Dumbbell Upright Row

My second favorite sexy sleek shoulder exercise is dumbbell upright rows. Stand up and hold the barbell with your hands in front of your thighs hands at a medium-grip position palms facing backward. (A) Raise the barbell until it reaches the top of your chest and (B) lower it back down slowly. Repeat 8-10 times.

Shoulder Shrugs

Shoulder shrugs are another sexy sleek shoulder workout that can tighten and smooth the skin on your shoulders. (A) Stand with your feet hip-width apart holding a pair of dumbbells palms facing your side. (B) Lift your shoulders as high as you can lift them. (B) Lower them down, repeat 8-10 times.
