I love this waist trainer. I wear it to work during my 12-hour shifts. Not only does it help train my waist but it supports my back and helps my posture too. This was a surprisingly high-quality product I certainly did not want to spend much on this because I needed a few other exercise supplies also. This is a super strong and durable wrap. I am a little chubby in the tummy and this fits perfectly and snug but also leaves room to tighten. Awesome.

Once you feel ok with that, eventually you can start wearing it longer and even train at the gym, studio, or while working out. It’s critical to listen to your body, particularly if you feel any distress, pain, or discomfort. If this happens, take your trainer’s corset or cincher off right away. Also if it’s too tight it could hamper your ability to take deep breaths or give you indigestion or heartburn.
