It is hideous and you are correct! However, believe it or not, I don’t have cellulite and never have. Anyone can have cellulite. Even super-models can have cellulite. It is caused by a backed-up formation of trapped fluid within the fat cells. Poor nutrition, incorrect exercise, age, and other factors contribute to it.
Is there a Way To Get Rid Of Cellulite?
Medical professionals have treatments that may help but the reality is, it takes a radical approach from the inside out. Eating healthy is key. Eating fresh, non-chemical laced foods like fresh vegetables and fruit and lean protein help to shed excess fat. It also helps eliminate the body of toxins that are often found in processed foods. Eliminating sugar from your diet is also a biggie! Sugar feeds fat cells. So stay away from processed sugar and excess eating of food with natural sugar. It’s okay to eat fruit, but fruit has sugar. So, limiting your servings to 2-3 per day is enough. Eating too many carbohydrates can contribute to cellulite. It doesn’t matter if the carbohydrates you are eating are healthy, like oatmeal, quinoa, wheat bread, rice noodles, healthy protein bars, fruit smoothies…it doesn’t matter! All carbohydrates turn to sugar! So you have to eat less of them and eat more of the lower glycemic foods like green veggies raw or steamed and eat lots of protein. Protein has almost zero sugar.
